Spiritual Formation

Spiritual Formation is the process in which a person develops a greater health and awareness of the spiritual components of life as well as a deeper or more intimate connection to God. Spiritual formation develops with the help of a guide, prayer/meditation, personal reflection, communal engagement, conversation and further study. The ultimate goal of spiritual formation is for the individual to place complete faith in the self and in God and can act freely and independently from the world.
